what they are doing now. so its better to give a wise
answer that the benifits ur getting with the job
comparitively with ur previous job that affects ur career
growth and goal.
for eg: ur working as sales executive for some company u
went interview for team lead. there u can tell now i am
working as sales executive i hav good experience in sales i
can manage the team members with my experience. i hav goal
to become a manager this opportunity gives a great chance
to move towards my goal.... like that .

Along with that say them that you have got talent like motivating the team, taken ownership in achieving the targets in the absence of Team leader etc
