HARD WORK MEANS WORK UNDER PRESSURE JUST TO SHOW I AM
WORKING WITHOUT RESULT AND
SMART WORK MEANS WORK FOR RESULT WITH MINIMUM EFFORT WITH
PROPER PLANNING.
