Condition type defines the basic details of how the condition is supposed to be configured. Like cond. class, calculation type, details whether its a group / item / header condition etc.
Pricing type - This is maintained in copy controls of the sales documents to specify how the pricing should be calculated in subsequent document.

CONDITION TYPE IS THE CALCULATION AND FORMULA USED FOR
DEFINING PRICING IN SAP R3 SYSTEM. CAN BE CUSTOMISED BY
USING TRANSCATION CODE V/06.
PRICING TYPE IS USED TO DO REPRICING IN SALES DOC OR BILL
DOC AS REQUIRED.IN SALES DOC IT IS DONE IN HEADER OR ITEM
CONDITION SCREEN.WHILE FOR BILLING IT IS DONE IN COPY CONTROL.

where as the pricing type is the one which is based on the
condtion type in determing the pricing proccedure

Hi Pricing type is not only confied to copy control . It is
the basic type of condtion that u use for the calucation
of the condtion type and based on this only we generate the
pricing for items at sales order oder or delivery level
