ATP REFERS TO THE PROCESS INVOLVED IN AVILABILITY CHECK
Avilability chck is the actual check we carry when we
determine the dleivery or order confrimation and depends on TOR

Available to promise (ATP) : The ATP quantity is calculated
from the warehouse stock, the planned inward movements of
stock( Production orders, purchase orders, planned orders)
and the planned outward movements of stock ( sales orders,
delivers, reservations)
Availability check is to determine if the desired delivery
quantity can be met on the requested delivery date.

ATP stands for Availability to promise, which check for
current stock , inward movement and Outward movement only
But In availability check you can customize how it check
means the check carried out with RLT or not, and you
requirement also check the availability with customer
requirement like Daily requirement and Individual
requiremnt. and it check all inward, outward , pending ,
documents also..
