One can also use "Authorization Data" functionality in
transaction SU10 to complete this task.

first of all we need to enter su10 transaction and from
there go to authorization data tab and then copy all the
users( 100-1000) through clip board , form change tab
assign the role in which system you need and execute.

First copy the desired number of users(clipboard).
Goto su10.Click authorization data,goto users field in the
screen,mutiple selection,add the users..then transfer the
users..then click change and goto roles tab,select add and
give the desired role and save..If you use CUA,flow the
IDOC's ..

You can do using PFCG- > enter the role -> change -> go to
users tab -> paste the users -> click on user comparsion->
complete comparsion -> Save the role - it's done

Hello!!! We are asked to generate a report/collect data on users concurrently accessed to the system and what operations they performed with their concurrent access. Apart from they want info on the duration of thier concurrent/normal session (date, time etc).
