Duties of a personal manager is to co-oridinate between the
employees and the management. To bring out the
differences, problems faced either by the management or the
workers and sort out the best way. Look into the career
growth of the employees relating it to the orgnisation
growth. To fill the vacant position and foresee future
vacancy and be ready to fill it at the appropriate time.
