gauge for electrical output).
level=(use float type sensor )
flow= (use electromagnetic flow meter)
temperature=(use RTD or thermocouple)

You can use pressure switch for pressure indication,
for level u can use DPT
for flow u can use mass flow meter/turbine flow meter/magnetic flow meter/ultrasonic flow meter
and for temperature u can use RTD/Thermocouple.
keep in mind 1 note that every transmitter output is 4-20mAh these is read by every controller and switch output is in form of 1 or 0, means 1 high to its set point and 0 below setpoint.

Converter changes the format of the signal without changing the energy form that is voltage to current signal conversion.
Transducer changes the one form of energy to other, e.g.thermocouple changes temperature into voltage, RTD changes temperature into resistance.

generally transmitter power supply having some range(12v to 35v) but the out put(4-20 mA) must same for given input.If we vary the power supply voltage then output mA also to be change according to V=IR. Is there any voltage regulator in the transmitter ?
