Domain controller.
The same command can be used to change the domain
controller into a standlone PC.

dcpromo is the command for converting the standalone system
into domain controller orelse in server 2003 operating
system u will get one window when u log on from there u can
configure active directry

but not possible with client OS.

nt,2000,2003 or 2007 server editions must be installed.
