being .smile has unique quality that gives us satifaction
for succes life.smile makes us healthy and wealthy .with
smile we can achieve any thing.in my opinion without smile
life is meaning less .

I am a fresher and still in my probation period in wipro bps . And I have been put in PIP ( performance improvement plan) as I got many errors in my duration. Does that mean they will terminate me?
