because now days call centre is growing rapidly it enhances
my personality and boost up my confidence i look to
interact with people and i want to remove the label of

I want to work in a call center because I always wanted to
improve on how I deal with people, with sense or non sense
people. Good customer service does not always happen to me
when I am the customer especially in shoping malls or food
chains. I'd love to be the one who give that good service
with my customers and let them feel that they are being
respected and appreciated. Call center job will help me
with that.

they are simply concentrating on cinema, cultural dances

No one is really willing to go to call centres for
job. It is the salary package that motivates many of them
to do so. Also only those who need to earn morney without
working hard or using there brain wish to do call centre
jobs.

Hi all am a btech guy,I have 6years gap,in the beginning I worked as a lecturer and thereafter I worked in abroad in a construction company.since I came back to India I had setup my own business,but that did not clicked.now am trying for a call center. So in the interview,if they ask me why am I joining in a call center what should I answer? Because a person who has 6years gap and worked in abroad never joins in a callcneter,so please give the right answer,what it should be?
