slip age=actual time to complete the project-expected time
given in testplan document.

Slippage ratio is nothing but the ratio between the defects
found at UATto the defects found by manual tester. It
should be 0%. There will be an internal slippage ratio
which defines the ratio between the defects found by SQA
(Quality Analyst)to the defects found by manual tester. It
should be less than 2%

production environment. This number is specific to your
project.
It should be calculated as - Defects found in production
