I have a WebEdit Object.It is added in object repository.It has two properties Name and Index.In the next release the Name Property is same but the index property is changed.when i run the script will the script Pass or Fail

i am trying to automate yatra.com,in that site, when i go to automate the Leaving from field showing as a WEBEDIT, but when i enter 1 or 2 char, it displaying dropdownlist, i try to use keyboard automation to select the item from that list but it is not possible, can anybody help he. My company has recently started using Ajax for building UI and QTP is nor recognizing the drop down list for selection.It recognises it as a general Web Element or Web Table. I have added individual selections from the drop down as web Table. It works as long as the page is not refreshed. I need some help and inputs as to how to make QTP recognise a drop down list for selection. Any help will be appreciated.
