just tell them that your are workalholic it means u never
get sleep until and unless the work is finished. The answer
should be in positive way like i sleep very late at nights
which is useful for the company as u to have to work in the
night shifts ok.........

My weakness is "i am a time sensitive person".Let me
explain it with an example,if the company had gave me a
project if i cant finish it before the date of completion
then i will be a different person

I don't know my weakness. someone has to inform about my
weakness. We can't find our faults or weaknes. If someone
informs to me about my weakness, then I will try to come
out of those weakness or faults with the help of other
people(taking suggetions from others).
