Approval Hierarchy, automatically routing the document for approvals.

Approval Hierarchy 2 types:
1) Position based: Here we need to define the Employee details (by using the Enter Person window) and position of the Employee for approvals.

2)Supervisor based: Here we need to define the Employee details only, no need to define position of the employee.

P_CONC_REQUEST_ID mandatory in oracle reports to run in oracle applications or not ( I am not talking about running in report builder or D2k ) or not ?
