rubbish...if you dont know the answer of this you better
repeat degree or diploma whatever...!!! You are not liable
for an Electrical Engineer.

Vacuum Circuit breaker uses vacuum for arc quenching where
as Air Circuit Breaker uses air for arc quenching.
