you can say like this, I know that there is scope in voice
process and much growth in it. Ofcourse monetary growth
can not denied in voice process. But now I want to work in
day shift which is only possible in non voice process.
Second, I have some problem with my right ear/left ear, so
doctors adviced me not to work in voice process, which I
can not overlook.

I have good typing speed and good in aptitude, which is the
requirement of any back office process. I have no problem
in written english too. I think I am suited for the back
office process.
