How to calculate Rate of 10 cum of Brick masonary,if the rate of material are as fallow? sand=Rs.50..

for example 20m length and 5m height.nominal volume 20*.3*5=30
normally motor joint 1cm
Therefore actual volume =20*.29*5=29
standard brick size 20*10*10.NOMINAL SIZE=(29\.20*.10*.10)=14500NOS
no.of bricks per cu m=14500\30=484
5%wastage
so 10 cu m 5000bricks available

6 cont profit, OH to be considered as per your
regualations. Normally 15% to be considered for the same.

Total Rate for 10 cum without contractor's profit is
41,485.72 Rs/10cum.
