Support project includes various issues which customers
come accross daily and periodically..
AP: Like unable to enter invoice,validate invoice, account
invoice etc and payment issue , accounting issues,period
end issues like unable to close period.
Period closing is the area we get more issues in
support .and AP GL reconciliation issues..
