The raeson behind the joining a call center is that I love
to grow like others as its a human nature and this industry
is rapidly growing day by day.
Else the ablity of mine willbe perfect to apply here as
being a owner of good communication skiill and selling too.

HI! I am fresher to call centre and would like to work in this field. Can anyone explain me how to get started as a fresher with no knowledge of interview,group discussion, jam sesion etc.
