how will we identify that those mail unwanted mails(MS
Outlook)are.which are not important.

Answer Posted / mahesh

We can basically identify a mail by its header whether it is from genuine source or suspicious. Also if we have a spam filter or some other filter service in the Exchange environment the mails fall in Junk folder from where we identify the source
