As per your process, Lets say someone asked you access for
SAP_ALL and you got approval from the business head to
assign but you did not get approval from the Security head.
In this case, what will you do?

Hello,
It's very simple question,
in this senario just drop a mail to business head and keep
your Tech lead and employee in cc saying that "As per your
approval i am assinging SAP_ALL access to this user"
and explain the critical in this situation.
so that you need not worry any more.
