For Each :
Used to add the dimension to the calculation context.
eg: sum([sales_revenue] For Each ([quarter])) IN ([year])
For All :
Used to remove the dimension from the calculation context.
eg: sum([sales_revenue] For All ([quarter])) IN ([year])
