A sales person must have the capability to
read and reach the minds of customers. He
should have a good communication skills inorder to interact
and make the customers realise the importance of our goods
and how they means to them. we should be able to show the
profit the customer gains with our goods.And finally if
fails to sale his goods to customer he should know the
reason and try to overcome it.
