GROWTH OF THE CONCERN.
VOICE IS NOTHING BUT REACHING PEOPLE OR CUSTOMER THROUGH
TELEPHONE
NON VOICE WHICH REPRESENTS THE WORK USING IN THE SYSTEM AS
DATA ENTRY,PROCESSING AND DESIGNING ETC
