call center is mediater between customer and company and it is center where is solving the problem of customer. it is two types of call center
1. inbond
2. outbond
inbond- where is receiving the call to customer
outbond_ where is calling to customer
BPO is (business processing outsource) where is talk transaction between customer and company related to business products
