BPO actually stands for business process outsourcing.
here in bpo we make and receive calls for the purpose of
customer care, telemarketing and sale
there are two types of call centers
1)Inbound call center: where in we receive calls to solve
the customer problems n
2)outbound call center where in v make calls for the purpose
of telemarketing and sales
KPO actually stands for Knowledge process outsourcing.
means when a firm uses an outside technical
service to enhance its business performance... bppo may or
may not be technical... but kpo always is...

Dear Friends, Please help me with the below, I am new to the current company and newly accountant.
