1. In a dynamic view create a view private file (test.txt)
2. In another dynamic view with the same config spec
create a view private file with the same name as the first
view (test.txt).
3. In one of the views, add the view private file to
source control.
4. The other view will now display the file (test.txt) as
eclipsed.

An eclipsed file indicates the existence of the same file
in the view as view private file whereas the other belongs
to source control in order to solve this jus rename your
view private file the eclipse sign on the file will
dissappears once u refresh it after renaming the file.

Suppose if you missed out element * CHECKEDOUT Rule in
config spec, whenever you checked out file, it don't select
the checkedout version because of above rule missed. so it
is called elipsed file

It is cretaed when a view is at confusion state to
recognize it.
Solution: need to kill the view_server process of
particular view.
