U better analyze the situation and try to know d exact
reason behind the conflict. Try to calm them down, ignore
them if they don't hear u.
If a person is overlooking into others job, you better be
cautious. Because almost all the Trainers & Superiors
implant a Spy who could be Your team mate or even Ur friend.
