What is minimum distance between three thermocouples (2oo3)
mounted on same pipe line (20")?
Technically accepted by stright line mounted or circler
mounted?

120 degrees in the same plane (circular), especially if
there has not been sufficient thermal mixing of the process
at the point of measurement. In this case, the average of
the temps should be used for control (as opposed to the
middle of 3) in addition to any deviation checking used to
detect a failed TC.
If any thermal streaming is occurring, then mounting the TCs
linearily down the pipeline reduces your chances of
measuring it.

Calculate the maximum pressure drop that can be allowed to occur across a control valve, so that we can prevent cavitation / flashing from occurring. Use the following formula: Δ P allow = Km (P1 – PvapourA) where, Δ P allow - the maximum allowable differential pressure for sizing purposes, or terminal pressure drop; Km- the valve recovery coefficient from the manufacturer’s catalogue; P1 - absolute inlet fluid pressure; PvapourA - absolute fluid vapour pressure at the inlet temperature; Use Atmospheric pressure = 101.3 kPa, P1 = 1200 kPa(g), PvapourA = 4 kPa, KM = 0.72
