Yes I agree Salary is the Biggest motivator for the
professionals. But I know very well waht and what quantity
I required. So Minimum I need is Loan emi 14k, Monthly
maintainance 6K with rental 6k, emergency 3K, so altoghter
makes 29 K in a minimum. By consdering your company
reputation you can add more on this.
