Secured loan against security of property
Unsecured loan is a loan against faith of the loanee

Secured lending is loan against property. for eg home loan,
vehicle loan. unsecured lending is loan without any
property. for eg credit card, personal loans.
In Secured lending, even if the debtor didnt pay back the
money, lend money can be recovered from property.
