circuit is the close and open path of flow of electric
current which is formed by the connections of electrical
devices.
eg. RC,RLC circuits.
while network is the interconnections of electrical devices
which connect to one area to other area.
eg. mobile network etc.

There is no difference except current will flow in acircuit
but a network may contain the physical compenents arranged
in such away that current could't flow.

tell me working of air circuit braker.
I am getting above 60 V as open delta voltage against single phase unit ICT at tertiary delta formed and ICT getting trippped on NDR. ICT tested and found in order. PTs provided on tertiary are tested and in order. what may be the reason?
why circuit breaker closing time is always higher then tripping / opening time.

what are the tests comes under the type test, what tests comes under routine tests.
Why auxiliary transformers are not connected in parallel in primary stations?
In A.C systems, fuse is placed in phase-in order to disconnect the circuit during faulty condition. But, what is the reason for putting "LINK" in neutral istead of connecting through (same) wire.
