Definitely there will be some hidden bugs even if u test the application for 1000 times. But the major part is application should never break and all the major and business rules to be covered.
Even Microsoft products will have lots of bugs. As it is a product they will release in next version or as package upon client request/ by knowing themselves.
Finally..application should have bugs. Or else it must be tested by god.
