INSURANCE > In simple terms it is a contract between the
person who buys Insurance and an Insurance company who sold
the Policy. By entering into contract the Insurance company
agrees to pay the Policy holder or his family members a
predetermined sum of money in case of any unfortunate event
for a predetermined fixed sum payable which is in normal
term called Insurance Premiums.
There are different kinds of Insurance Products available
such as Life Insurance , Vehicle Insurance, Home Insurance,
Travel Insurance, Health or Mediclaim Insurance etc.

but in case of non life insurance called general insurance risk coverage is available against any particular immediate cause only. and it is a short term insurnce.

Dear sir i am a contractor and making a invoice for Rs. 1500000= in which 1200000 for material and 300000 for labour charges how should i make a invoice with material and what will for format of invoice, if i make separate invoice for material and separate for labour charges what service tax and sales tax chaeges will be. and what TDS will party deduct on my bill. pls answer as soon as possible.

Central Railway i.e. Central Govt. takes material through works Contract in Maharashtra State.The contractor purchases material from other states say M.P. or U.P. state. Due to inter state purchase of material the contractor is asking for C form. Whether Central Railway is eligible to get C form?
