I dont want to tell any big things but let me explain you
in a simple way with my experience.
First thing is we need not to solve entire paper to get
qualified so by going through the previous papers(which you
can find in any bank PO Book,Ex: Aditya publications) first
select the question which you can feel that you can solve
in time.(Because time is the most important thing in
competetive exams)
Basically We do have four parts in a writen test.
1.Reasoning: you just go through the pattern of questions
from previous papers and solve the same thing from RS
agarwal (or) any Bank PO book and decide the questions
which you feel that you can do it in time and try to
attempt only those problems.
2.Aptitude:For this section also better to select the
questions and practice only those questions by keeping a
watch with you.
3.Verbal:For this section better to practice from the Bsnk
PO Book and try to solve as many papers as you can.
4.General Awareness:Here comes the major Problem but no
need to worry.Try to go through the news papers regularly
and collect the material as much as you can mostly Current
affairs regarding banking sector, latest summits and
agreements etc.
Hope this information may useful to you.

if you want to prepare for bank probationary officer exams.
first of all you should collect the material from market
rather than practice sets and solve it. you should solve
your practice sets per day without any gap, because you
deregulate your preparation you would not achieve it. i
ascertain you that with this method you shall succeed in
probationary officer preliminary test. best of luck

getting in to banking services as an officer is not as easy
as it sounds .paper looks easy but it is for all .u need to
work on it daily atleast 6 hrs daily.focus on ur strong
areas, increase ur accuracy and inspite of lingering on any
particular part first try to clear the cut offs in minimam
possible time, then go to the question you feel comfertable
and less time consumming.........

Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? I am currently a PO in SBI. Compared to that, can you kindly inform me: 1) Is the chance to be allocated to your home state more in RBI? 2)Is an RBI Grade B officer likely to be transferred once he is allocated a position at one of the RBI branches? 3) Is the salary, job satisfaction, comparable workload, pension etc substantially better in RBI than in SBI?
