bpo is bissiness process out sourcing ,two process in bpo ,inbound and out bound
inbound process is i have recive a call to any customer solve her problams
and outbound process is i have make a call to customer and i have distribute to knowlage in my company prodect and i recive acustomer problams and solve customer problams
