First of all I will find the root cause of stress or
pressure and I will work on removing those causes instead
of trying to remve work pressure. If I enjoy my work there
will be very less chances of having stress and pressure.
And if ther stress exists I will leave my work for a moment
have a glass of cold water and some coffee.I wil prefer a
small break in between my work to get relief from tension ,
if it is possible.

actually there is pressure in every job. the only solution
of pressure is hard work and devote yourself for your job.
to accomplish your work before deadline little bit of
pressure is needed otherwise the person gets lazy and if
there is too much pressure in the job just calm yourself,do
hardwork and believe in yourself u will definitely get
success.

I see stress as a challenge. I organize and prioritize
what needs to be done and just go for it. Take a little
break if I am becoming frustrated and then tackle tasks
again. Ask for help if possible and deligate what I can.
Do the best I can and accept the outcome .... not as
failure but as a lesson of what I would do different next
time or what went well. I would learn from my experience
but never consider myself a failure.

I actually work better under pressure and I've found that I
enjoy working in a challenging environment. Prioritizing my
responsibilities so I have a clear idea of what needs to be
done when, has helped me effectively manage pressure on the job.
