Resulting neutral current. Generally lighting system has
this type of unbalance. If neutral is not provided then
star point will be shift from its ideal place caused
overvoltage in one or two phase(s).

unbalanced load wil cause to flow of negative sequence
current which will heats up the alternator and hence it
effects insulation failure
