I never want to leave my present job. Actually I love the
work culture & environment over there. I have learnt a lot
in my present job. I have faced a no. of challenges in my
present organisation & i think whatever i have gained would
be great to implement in your company. thats it.

I wud like to relate this with the journey..I do keep
moving from place to place..stand at one position and try
to grasp the surroundings and do the best wat i can and
once again moving to new place using my present experience,
gaining the past exp...The same in my career too...

Actually i did not want to change this job i love to work
in this organisation, and have helthy envoirment, i have
faced no of challanges in this organisation and i handle
them with my work effort, and i think that this will help

working with this org. is is very cheerfull bt sometimes
feel salary and groth rate is not good .if anybody wants to
grow in his life salary and growth makes matter so b coz of
