work culture & environment over there. I have learnt a lot
in my present job. I have faced a no. of challenges in my
present organisation & i think whatever i have gained would

ACTUALLY ...WHERE I M WORKING AS PRESENT THAT IS NOT A BIG

FLAXIBLE. MAIN AND FINAL REASON IS MY SALARY IS NOT ENOUGH

working with this org. is is very cheerfull bt sometimes
feel salary and groth rate is not good .if anybody wants to
grow in his life salary and growth makes matter so b coz of
