There was a time when i was a team leader in a gasoline station my new team member misfill the vehicle of one of our customer. And the customer was so mad and looking for our manager on that time our manager is not around and as a team leader , i talk to him and asking him what happen , I stay calm and i apologize for what was happen. and I just let the customer vent his anger and telling him if i was on his position i will feel the same way.And And told my team member to push the vehicle at the parking area after that I bring the customer to our office and i immediately call for a car mechanic and as the mechanic arrive at the station they drain the tank right away and fill his vehicle with the right fuel. As a result the customer still mad but at least calm down a bit, test his vehicle and leave the station.

there was a time when two of my colleagues were arguing
which i was very sad about.i calm them down by listening to
both sides of the case,analised it carefully.when the issue
had cool down with their permission asked to give a fair
judgement,analysis,problem solving to the case involved
which both parties came to happy about and finiched off by
apologizing to one ane another and starting afresh

Consider a situation when a customer who's an author calls up to tell that his hardware is corrupted and all his writings were stored on the system. Next was technical round. Questions asked were: what is BIOS? what is POST? what is RAID? Mirroring? striping? what is the CD capacity? What is the DVD capacity? What are the different flavors of XP? What is the configuration of the system u use at home? what is trouble shooting? Tell me about your project? What do u know about the different dell products? Do u kne about your nature of work? What if the software field improves and u get a call from them, would u jump over? Next was the ops round where they check for ur compatibility i.e. your long term commitment wth the company.
