I'll sit with him personally and try to find what is wrong
with him, listen to him carefully and will try to come up
with probable solution.
If he asks me firstly to change myself he is then
challenging my competance/superiority. It is then a mandate
to put the ball in his court i.e. ask him to act in my
chair.

it means that the person is very stubborn in nature, for
such stubborn people we must dela calmly at that moment, we
have to go ad ytalk to that person patiently explaining
about the requirememnts and the benefit that we are going
to earn when the things are done, if he stills continouses
with the same attitude then thers no aother way than
complaining to the management

well first once or twice i'll inform him to act according
to the requirements then too if he won't listen i'll take
action and if he says to change myself then i'd listen to
him &see whether is there any mistake in me then i'll tell
him change his attitude first

May be I assigned him tough work as per his knowledge is
concern. so,I replace him and assign a new work which suit
him.
Sometimes we ignore our negative points.so,I always accept
my mistakes and ask him what are the changes I have to do.

i call him in my cabin n i warn him that i give him a last
chance to make u as per d job or i will expel u n dont try
to teach my duties i know it better than u i m ur senior not
u r mine. what i m doing or not doing i m responsible for
that not u. but what u r doing its my responsiblity n i m
not going to make compromise with it u understand.now u can
go n remember my warning

Hmm if am team leader,i would definately make a complain on
him,in an for purpose of miss behaving with the team leader
and arguing very rudely,this it self will line him....
