A coworker continually gossips about others. How would you handle it?..

gossips r evry where the best way is to avoid them if the
things r going well until it is harmless.if i find them
harmful for me or someone else i will simply make a request
to the person if it is not solved then i'l try to explain
the what will happen due to these kind of gossips.if after
all these the person repeats this kind of behaviour i'l make
a stren worning. if the gossips r by so many people its
better way to avoid them

i never mind,because gossips are useless waste of time to hear that type of things.so i don't consider about it,i concentrate on my work only.

its very pathetic to know that questions based on
gossipying are forming a part of yr company's interview.
i dont take gossyping seriously, becoz gosspying is done by
loosers. however, if it is totally intolerable, in my case
first i would make a friendly request to the concerned in
private to stop gossiping about me. if it fails to work, i
would make a stern warning to the person in public.

Gossip as long as it is harmless if fine. But to degrade
somebody by spreading rumours is not healthy. It is best to
avoid such company or discourage the person from indulging
in idle gossip.

profile.But if a person is gossiping in a negative way just
SHUT DOWN that person that time only n he will not dare to
