organisational goals, most important try to understand
whats in the mind of employees and also other personnel who
are related to organisation and control them. I have all

Team management depends basically upon the relationship with your team mate. Remember to through your emotions at home at the professional fields. You should not be emotional at work..
Then comes your communication skills... Which is a secondary thing.
