There has no nominal Proportion for M45. For It we have to go for Design mix with assumed w/c, A/c Ratio and exposure condition, Etc.

M45 grade of concrete is higher grade .it can be used for heavy structure &its proportion not a fix ,it will be vary on site condition,exposure &material proporties
