Because of the properties of black cotton soil i.e.it get
cracked when water comes out of the soil and get swell when
water enters.So,while construction of foundation following
remedies has to be taken,-
Remove upper layer of the soil up to hard strata.
Otherwise go for deep foundation i.e. pile foundation.
For the continuous settlement of structure spreed continuous
raft on ground where you are going to carried out
construction.
Or Replace black cotton soil by hard material i.e. murrum or
stone.

How many times we can use Fresh bentonite ford wall execution? Would like to know the clear concept of recycling. After flushing can we use it for another time time for flushing? Or we have to use it for for excavation only?
