i have one ground earth for my shop but now he showing 11v how ever my machine

i have one ground earth for my shop but now he showing 11v how
ever my machine engineer said that he require less than 3v how
can we reduce it, i have put 8 bucket salty water in it

Your Earthing not working properly please checked earth

Wire and if broken wire please reconnect again

8V different is not acceptable.
