i have 500 testcases there,how to perform the Regression

we do Regression testing by executing all 500 test cases once again.
we do re-testing by executing the particular set of test cases which the defect was fixed

see we have to perform 500 as two types that is 500- and 500+
ans is 499 500 501 only for thsese we have to write test
cases and execute
