If solvent present in the product having high boiling point solvent but our is having low melting point then lod by vacuum is performed

it depends on the product nature and melting point of the product.
if the melting point more then water MP, those are kept in dry ovens and if not more then water MP(100*C) those are kept in vacuum ovens to eliminate the water by using vacuum.
below 100 vacuum.( like 105, 110, 120, 150)
above 100 driers.(like 65, 70, 80).

Vacume is given for delicate glass apparatus ,so that glass
apparatus does not deform due to high temperature.

ordinary drying at voven is accurate. it is dry at constant
temperature and control vaccum room so it is accurate.
vaccum method can't dry perfectly it has also contain
moisture.
