DPL(Dynamic Picklist)is nothing but to Edit the Join Fields
of Explicit Join.Actually Explicit join i s Read Only.To
edit the Join fields of explicit join then we will go for
DPL.In DPL we Use the Pick Applet to show the required
fields in pop Massage.

actually there are diff types of pick applets you did not mention what type of pick applet so it is very difficult to say what is the diference generally we use mvg tpe of pick applet in dyanamic picklist
