i simply tell them the advantages of the tool accirding to
the project but for this one should be diplomatic

"How to convince the client on using an automation tool for the project."
Based on the project constraints, "cost- time- scope",
if "Usage of automation tool if necessary to meet the project goals.." is mentioned in the Project scope then convincing the client to use the tool is easy.if not mentioned 1.ask if there is any possibility of change to the Project scope.
2.if Client needs the project goals to be met on TIME then convince to give examples how the tool reduces the TIME taking activities in the project activity schedule.
Or 3.if the client is stick to the BUDGET and project COST, explain how the tool meets the cost norms within budget and reduces the effort taking activities. or
4. if the client is techie, then elaborate how the project personnel and team technically Up-to -Date to meet the market -trends in updating the technical skills required for the project.
5.prepare few scenarios how the tool improves the performance of the team as well as the project-quality.
